• Produces reports based on the sales of employees in the sales department
• Trains new employees to make sure they meet various guidelines
• Responds to any inquiries from the coustomer
• Makes sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely fashion and according to the desires of customers
• Settles upon delivery dates and times with production and dispatch departments to make sure that the costumer interaction is of the utmost of professionalism
• Makes presentations to management which explain how to meet sales goals and talk about any new innovative ideas that management may have
• Has the ability to read & Maintain any and all financial documents, especially cash flow statements and general ledgers
• Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form.
• Make Job Cards, ISO and Delivery plans

Good computer skills (MS Office&Excal)

Proficiency in English.

Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
