• Requirements:
• Proven experience in IT administration role
• Hands on experience in networking, firewalls, server machines, windows/linux OS.
• Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure
• Ability to set up and configure server hardware
• Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
• Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking
• 2+ years’ experience in an IT administration role
• Previous experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2012, and 2016, MSSQL 2008, 2016 preferred. MCSE, CCNA MCITP certifications a plus

• Maintain servers and associated hardware, applications, services, and settings.
• Identifying and solving any problems that arise with computer networks and systems
• Provide support with a variety of operating systems to users.
• Implement and manage disaster recovery and back-up.
• Create technical support documentation for systems and applications.
• Monitoring computer networks and systems to identify how performance can be improved
• Strong interpersonal skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issues. Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
