TSR / CSR / Call Center Agents Required

We are hiring agents for our USA campaign.

Male and female both can apply for this job.

Responsibilities:

• can make calls to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests during call.
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics related to product.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers.
• Grow existing customer accounts through exceptional customer service and effective sales techniques.

Qualification:

Bachelors - Preferable.

Shift Timings:

9pm to 6am

Language Required:

English

Job Types:

Full-time, Contract

Salary:

Rs18,000.00 to Rs40,000.00 /month

Requirements:

• Phenomenal English communication skills.
• Strong listening and speaking skill over the phone call.
• should be punctual, target oriented and hard working
