We are looking for a Receptionist/ Secretary, based in Karachi. Candidates should have 1+ years of relevant experience together with excellent English communication skills (written, oral & presentation) and proven hands-on MS-Office experience as well as strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
Core Responsibilities:
Executive secretary and managing daily tasks assigned
Handling Incoming and Outgoing Mail/Correspondence
Providing Secretarial and Administrative Support (filling, contact lists etc)
Maintenance of attendance/leave records
Coordination with team members for projects status
Any other task(s) as assigned
Experience/Qualifications:
Graduate
1+ Years of relevant experience
Hands On MS Office Suite experience
Strong communication skills in English: written, oral and presentation
Good interpersonal and multitasking skills
