Develop, manage and empower Interactive Group to drive sustainable account management and development as well as drive new business growth and penetration in relation to healthcare and other software.
Be a natural part of Interactive Group and sales teams and develop strong relationships ensuring joint strategic planning, decision-making and problem solving.
Work with Intellcare team to lead and drive new program ideas which result in profitable new business volume and the execution of key account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals.
Drive activities needed to increase Intellcare knowledge and understanding with potential clients, and to ensure costing is used as a competitive advantage.
Guide business development efforts within specific key accounts and/or markets, developing sponsorship with key decision-makers and influencers.
Provide effective solutions in reaction to application of concepts, techniques, knowledge or processes and displays thought leadership in applying principles, theories and concepts with discipline, structure and rigor.
Assist in the preparation of contractual agreements with clients.
Ensure project / operation is delivered under contract parameters and to take ownership for any contract related clarifications at both IAC and client end.
Manage and take ownership of all contract related changes and issues.
Responsible to maintain a formal communication with client as and when required to foster relationship.
Act as a relationship Manager and maintain a liaison between client and project / operation team.
Follow up of the sign offs and recoveries of ongoing project / operation payments and keep updating to project sponsor.
Prepare all the necessary documents as per client requirement to ensure payment tracks on time.
Spend time with clients to understand their communication challenges; this is not merely attending meetings with the client and asking them what their needs are, but gaining deep knowledge about the business problems that the clients are solving.
Capture client feedback in a structured manner so that each iteration moves the deliverable closer to finalization.
Obtain feedback from the client after the project is over to gather learnings for future prospects.
Ensure, sustain and develop client satisfaction by understanding client needs, providing responsive service and resolution to client issues and build relationships with key client contacts.

Required Skills and Knowledge Areas.
Exposure of Healthcare/Hospital environment, processes and workflows.
Prior HMIS experience preferred
Training and Presentation Skills.
