A well reputed software house needs a passionate and dedicated marketing leader who have abilities to lead a marketing team, give trainnings and conduct seminar for the marketingteam for the promotion of a business, service, product or brand. Depending on the organization, they may be managing the marketing of a whole line of products and services, or be focused on one particular thing to promote. They may also be in charge of a staff of marketing assistants team.

Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role.

Receive information and updates about marketing progress and results.

Excellent communication and people skills.

Good behaviour.

Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

Record sales, sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system.

Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.

Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.

Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Creativity and commercial awareness.

BSc /BA/B.Com/BBA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline.
