Job Description
We have an IMMEDIATE OPENING for a Salesforce Developer to be part of a fast paced team environment! We need a highly talented force.com developer to join our growing team!
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Visualforce and Apex coding and a strong understanding of the entire force.com platform. You also must have proven experience in SFDC implementations and interaction with clients.
- Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution.
- Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and best practices especially with respect to security, profiles, and roles.
- Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.
- Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions.
- Additional Salesforce.com experience includes Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow.
- Programming experience with SQL a huge plus.

Qualifications
• Atleast 3 years technical support for web-based applications or similar.
• Atleast 3 years of previous experience as a Salesforce Developer in a large company, ideally with a multi-national User / business base.
• B.S. college degree or commensurate work experience. Skills
• Working knowledge of relational databases design concepts and data management.
• Basic knowledge of agile methodology / processes.
• At least basic understanding of Salesforce coding (APEX, Java etc.).
• At least a basic understanding of Salesforce integration options.
• Proper understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and ideally also Service Cloud.
• Understanding of business processes. • Ability to troubleshoot system, process and data issues.
