Viftech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic, talented and career oriented individuals for the position of “Business Development Manager” for its Software Sales department. The ideal candidate will be a strong strategic thinker, highly organized, competitive, technically savvy and have a passion for B2B sales, building relationships, and taking part in the development and bringing to market of very cool and often market-disrupting technology products.

Job Description:

• Identify potential prospects in the market, research and approach for IT/Software Sales.
• Pitching products and/or services.
• Build contracts, proposals, budget and timelines.
• Provide B2B Sales, build relationship and work with prospects as strategic partners.
• Provide pre and post-sales support for build strong bonding with the prospects.
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
• Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.

An ideal incumbent must have:

• Minimum Bachelors with over 5 years of experience in B2B Sales
• Proven track record of Sales and Business Development.
• Must have hands-on experience in Software Sales.
• Should have strong IT / Consulting / Staffing background.
• Should have a detail understanding about IT and Software.
• Must be fluent in communicating in English.
