Applicant Qualifications:- Bachelor
• Must have experienced in Freight Forwarding/Logistics / Shipping
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Must possess a strong work ethic
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate rates, sell services, and build
• professional relationships via telephone and email
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Company products: Freight Forwarding, Over Land Transport, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing & Distribution, Ship Agency, Courier, Container Sales and Services
• In week 3 days must Visiting potential clients transfer contacts
• Keep up to date clients data base on excel sheet & follow up / update Remarks
• Keeping helping book of determine pricing schedules for quick response
• Must be know seasonal trend of Import and export goods
• Keep in touch time to time interesting client and follow up their inquiry
• One receive new inquiry must meet to client physical within two day and discuss with details.
• Coordination with vendors & keep good relationship with sense of humor & built up new relationship.
• Decide clear payment with clients and follow up to recovering
