Job Description
For Day Shift (1 PM to 10 PM) & Night Shift (10 PM to 7 AM)
We are in search of a highly motivated Business Development Executive having at least 3 TO 6 MONTHS experience in online marketing & bidding.
Acquiring business through different channels (Upwork, Guru, PPH, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc).
Prior experience in bidding with grip on Upwork and Freelancer.com is a must.
Acquiring business through outbound calls & email campaigns.
Quality project selection and bidding.
Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, followup with client and closure.
Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team and deliver the project to the client.
Communicates on phone, chatting applications and Skype depending on the requirement from the client
Maintain a very high rating on all platforms.
Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s) and keep a strong follow up.
Demonstrated history of generating at least business through Upwork/ freelancing portals.
