Job Description
Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to all students
Teaching students the rules of grammar, punctuation, spelling and other nuances of the English language
Designing and conducting bi-weekly assessments in accordance with ESL guidelines
Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress and achievement of students
Tracking and reporting performance data to determine where changes need to be made and which strategies and methods are working
Ensuring high standards of professional practice, quality of teaching and learning of the English Language
Job Specification
A minimum Bachelor’s degree (CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) or a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certification would be a plus but not necessary)
Minimum two years experience Teaching English Language, preferably to adults
