What we are looking for

You should be:

• A self-starter with a creative mindset and eagerness to embrace challenges
• Fearless cold caller and exceptional closer
• Thorough onboarding to launch your career in solar sales
• Should have a proven sales record
• Ability to sell a technical product with a value of Rs. 1m to Rs. 100m
• Strong technical sales and engineering team that support leads generated
• A passion for building relationships and helping others succeed in reaching their financial goals
• Experience closing deals with business owners, decision-makers or executives
• Established connections with business decision-makers and active engagement with the business community
• Attractive, above market salary

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
• 2+ years' of sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
