Job Description

A data entry operator is required to process content from information sources and send them upstream the work pipeline. The role requires the individual to be remotely involved with a variety of information sources (technical and non-technical), which although require no prior knowledge, proficiency in English and competency in internet research is required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Digitise data from a variety of information sources (PDF, Spreadsheet, .Docx, .XLSX, .txt, Websites, databases)
• Data cleaning and compilation in conformance with data processing criterias
• Compare and validate data with 100% accuracy
• Must achieve daily quota of up to 60 contents (volume may vary)
• Timely submission of data

Work Environment

• Remote - Independent of Location (must not have disturbance or chaos in the environment during work hours)
• Monday - Friday, At least 8 hours of work per day
• 8 pm to 4 am PKT (start and end times may vary)

Must haves

• Proficiency in English (comparable to IELTS 6 or greater)
• Dedicated multicore computer or laptop with 8 GB or more RAM
• High speed and reliable internet connection
• Backup electrical system in case of electrical failure
• Undisturbed workspace or environment
• Typing speed of 50 wpm or more
• Microsoft Office Suite 2013 or higher
• Google Account
• Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers

Note: Candidates will be required to pass a competency test to qualify as a good fit.
