General Areas of Responsibility
- Prospecting for new clients through cold calling, leveraging social media, developing industry relationships and pursuing existing Cloud Peanuts leads and client referrals
- Building a strong pipeline to achieve assigned quota
- Providing accurate forecasting and up-to-date sales lead tracking and pipeline data
- Becoming a trusted resource for industry knowledge, including how Cloud Peanuts product offerings, benefits and solutions will improve practice workflows, increase productivity and improve patient satisfaction
- Leveraging empathy, understanding, and consultative selling approach to uncover the clientβs business opportunities, gaps and needs
- Conveying Cloud Peanuts solutions in a compelling and credible manner ensuring that clients understand how our software solutions will improve their practice
- Building a strong foundation of industry and competitor product knowledge to best position Cloud Peanuts product suite and address client objections
- Driving adherence to Cloud Peanuts defined sales process and cadence with operating mechanisms
- Representing the company at trade association and other industry meetings to promote the company, products and generate sales leads
- He/she will be required to meet clients and create proposals too.

- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services, and position products against competitors
- Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline in an assigned territory
- Exceptional listener, ability to identify business needs and gaps
- Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing on critical sales contracts
- Ability to identify and solve client issues and follow through on commitments
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the practice
- Ability to succeed in a competitive but team-oriented environment
- Superior written, verbal, presentation skills and organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills and technical aptitude, including Microsoft Office suite, salesforce.com and other sales SaaS tools
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, professional poise and self-starter
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year previous sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and goal
- Outside B2B sales experience, including selling directly to decision-maker
