BUETURN Solutions started its operations in BUETURN is manufacturing a range turnstile gates (semi & auto) as its first range of products which can be integrated with Biometric Time attendance machine, Face recognition time attendance, hand punch time attendance etc.
The company also provides services to integrate products with electronic ticket system, time and attendance system, car parking system, biometric systems like face recognition, finger-print, palm-print etc.
Due to recent pandemic situation (COVID surrounding worldwide, BUETURN has taken initiative to build state of the art Sanitization/ Disinfection Walkthrough Gates at its facility. Role and Responsibilities (Only Female Candidates are requested to apply)
- Core responsibility is to make the sale for the company’s product by meeting business clients.
- The job requires most of the work as per following flow i.e. target business clients, contact them and arrange f2f meetings, prepare presentation, visit business clients, do the presentation, achieve the sales.
- The candidate is requested to manage her travel arrangement for Client visits by herself.
- The candidate should be presentable (i.e. should be able to dress up formally when required) and have good speaking skills. This is a key requirement for the job.
- The candidate should hold excellent Customer Relationship Management skills in order to support fulfillment of customer satisfaction by selling to new clients and resolving issues for existing clients.
- Closely coordinates business activities and project operations with internal teams and reporting manager to arrange timely delivery for clients.
- Supports all Sales lead requests with utmost responsibility under strict time constraints for opportunities and potential business deals.
- Holds strong presentation skills and an outgoing, impressionable personality.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- The candidate should possess a bachelor degree at minimum. Marketing/Sales background and MBAs would be preferred.
- Preference would be given to candidates who are highly presentable, able to dress up formally and possess good speaking skills for making sales pitch to business clients.
Salary Package Offering
- Company will be offering a basic salary package of 40K to 45K per month.
- 3% to 5% commission on sales revenue will be provided to the candidate. The commission will be paid on monthly basis.
- Travel Allowance of the candidate will be covered by the Company. However, the candidate must arrange her own transportation
- 1 month probation period will be applied. The candidate will be confirmed based on performance after one month.
