Accounts Executive

We are looking for an Accounts Executive:

You will process and monitor incoming payments and secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts.

• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts & billing data.

• Prepare, Pay and file bills, invoices, and other transactions.

• Verify online billing accounts with accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

• Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues

• Reviews and corrects claims edits and denials to ensure proper payment from services rendered.

• Responsible for billing all secondary claims with the required documentation.

• Bank Reconciliation & Visit Banks for daily transactions

• Petty Cash management

• Payroll

Reconcilation with courier companies for COD (Cash on Delivery)

Have Experience in managing accounts

Knows how to operate accouting software

Punctual
