Requirements:

• Leadership capabilities to organize and manage a group of creative members to work as team and ready to face any challenges
• Excellent communication skills.
• Expertise in designing and planning of games strategy and produce quality games
• Passionate gamer and have in-depth knowledge of gaming world include Game Designing, Story Writing and Games Economy plan.
• Should have understanding of GDD (Game Design Document)
• Technical understanding of software development processes
• Knowledge and expertise in games project management
