Real Estate Sales Coordinator

Danco Work Limited is one of the most focused offshore staffing and recruiting consultancy firm, established and head quartered in the UK.
We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Coordinator for one of our clients that provide “Real Estate Solutions” in California, USA. The successful candidate will work from home remotely using various modern technological modes of communication (provided by Danco.Work). You will directly report to your principal employer while working under the supervision of Danco.Work operational staff from your home.

Candidates who qualify are expected to have fluency in English language (written and spoken), excellent telephone mannerism, proficient in computer, a computer or laptop that will meet the minimum requirement, a steady internet connection and some form of power back up generation such as UPS, Solar or generator to curb power cuts and avoid interruptions in your work.

Self-starter and self-motivator with ability learn and implement quickly.
Maintaining company social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter)
Candidates with experience in real estate market will be given preference.
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
Interested candidates must have a comfortable noise free sitting place in their homes where they can work from easily.
Candidates must have power backup like generator/ups/solar to avoid any interruptions.
Candidates must have at least 8 MB/s internet connection to avoid lags.
Interested candidates will have to sign an NDA with our company to ensure confidentiality of IPR of our client.
