Job Description


Provides financial information to management by analyzing accounting data; preparing reports of different business units .
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting reports .
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Guides accounting clerical staff to fulfill the desired reports .
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Secures financial information by completing database backups.
Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends of all subsidies .
Ensure that every business of the company is doing proper financial reporting .

Job Specification

Having very good communication accross the board

Advance level Accounting and financial skills to monitor day to day performance of all business units .

Able to report directly to Head of department about any finacial and accounting descripency in day to day reporting

Have good knowledge of Cost accounting

Ability to train staff of business units on acurate financial reporting

Ability to get the job done with minimal supervison ( Self Starter )

very efficient on Excel

Good skill of report writing

Have good knowledge of book keepoing and financial reporting

Previous experience in Food and garments Business is a huge plus

added skills

Social Media and E commerce

good knowledge of computor , excel , powerpoint ,
