Dice Analytics is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive, who is excellent communicator, peopleβs person and able to identify and approach potential customers.
Customer Service Skills: The customer is always right. The candidate should be able to speak in a friendly way to customers, listening to their requirements and helping them accordingly
Communication Skills: The candidate should be able to pitch different trainings and their benefits, answer any questions the customers might have (telephonic customers as well as in person)
Flexibility: The candidate should be able to put in all his effort to meet set targets. The candidate will have to represent Dice Analytics at different events, seminars and workshops. The timings could be evening or weekends (once in a blue moon scenarios)
Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.
