Job descriptions:

• Collaborate and build relationships with customers to strengthen service competitiveness
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
• Live Chat Support, and cater customers through Email.
• Must be able to communicate sales queries through Emails.
• Properly communicate back to customers, and resolving issues.
• Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
• Inform customers about new features and functionalities
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved

Timings: 9 hours shift

Working days: 7

Location: Remotely

Salary: 25,000/-

Must have an Electricity Back-up
