Job Description

We are seeking an expert-level Designer to develop photos, video, and social content for clients across all digital and social platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. Must be a positive, creative, and dedicated hard worker who can balance a multitude of tasks in an extremely fast work paced environment. Must deliver high-quality content on tight deadlines.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create daily social media photo and video content for businesses
- Work independently to create case studies, social media content and web ads
- Employ a user-centered design approach to design the front-end interface of an application for users
- Analyze functionality requirements, audience needs and preferences to create an application that is functional, easy to navigate and aesthetically pleasing
- Create an entire visual concept for new application including logo, color scheme, font, theme, graphics, icons, buttons, and layout
- Create sketches and develop options for wireframes and prototypes
- Leverage visuals and interactive elements of the application to present content with a focus on user experience and usability
- Design versatile layouts that are compatible with multiple devices (i.e. laptop, tablet, smartphone)
- Keep-up-to-date with new trends in web graphic design and incorporate ideas as needed
- Communicate effectively to present creative ideas to the team and gather their feedback; revise concepts and prototypes based on feedback received from the team and future users
- Work closely with Web Programmer, Software Developer, and Marketing team
- Implement a web graphic design lens to enhance application performance and engine optimization.
- Document the specifications for the application’s brand identity
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in web graphic design or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be familiar with web-based application development and have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in web graphic design and user interface (UI) design
- Photoshop expertise
- Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or other video editing software
- Understanding of YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Thorough understanding of file formats and sizes to optimize for web viewing
- Understanding of following brand guidelines
- Understanding of E-commerce platforms.
- Experience in UI/UX is a must
