Description: A fast growing food chain requires the service of Zonal Managers with Sales, Marketing & Retail Knowledge & Experience.
Responsibilities:
• Manage Six Shops in a Zone.
. Ensure excellent customer services & Fast order processing.
. Manage Cleanliness, hygiene & theft.
. Ensure availability of products at shops.
. Comply with rules of Food Authority & other regulatory bodies.
• Arrange Staff training & provide replacement wherever required.
• Place product orders for all shops in the Zone based on sales data.
• Carryout Marketing & Promotional Activities as directed by head office
