- To set up and launch our own call center.
Who We Want?
- A serious performer, either male or female, who is loyal, diligent, hardworking, sincere, and above all, a critical thinker with good management skills.
Experience Req.: The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years experience of working in the LI Industry (3 years at least lead side).
Technical Skills Req.: From leads to the dialer, and everything in between.
Management Skills Req.: Communicating with agents to QA, and deal closers. He/she must be experienced in hiring as well.
