- Develops business proposals for new and existing clients
- Develops a business development strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Identifying new potential clients and contacting them to establish rapport
- B2B meetings with potential and dormant customers to prospect for new business opportunities
- Develops marketing strategies
- Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data for reporting purposes
- Effectively negotiates with clients by clarifying, emphasizing agreement terms, and working through differences to achieve a positive outcome
Eligibility Criteria
Masters degree in business management/ strategic marketing from a well-reputed institution
Minimum of 3-5 years in business development with a proven track record of driving revenue, preferably in the real estate industry
Strong communication and IT fluency
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have leadership skills and an excellent team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
