We are looking for a new sales-representative/account manager to jump-start our sales and help us build a sales team. We are looking for someone with experience in sales. The person has to be a good and confident communicator with knowledge of EdTech SaaS sales cycles. We are a software start-up, so being tech-savvy and passionate for tech products is a must. Responsibilities
New client acquisition.
Build new acquisition strategies and develop an early playbook that can scale to a fully staffed team.
Collaborate with our Business Operations, Marketing, Finance and Product teams on tools development, metrics and analytics, as well as cross-departmental process
Understanding the needs of the customers and communicating them to the team.
Requirements
Experience in a sales management role for a SaaS business.
Experience working in an ever changing, fast growing company.
Thorough understanding of sales process and structure.
Ability to build structure and repeatable process.
Excellent communication skills
