This position entails interacting with customers by answering calls, providing complete information, taking orders, responding to queries, addressing and managing complaints. The call center agent would be a liaison between our customers and us. Their primary job is to ensure customer satisfaction by assisting customers from placing an order to completing it.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer calls from customers
- Give customers complete information about services
- Take and process orders from customers
- Assist customers in placing and completing orders
- Respond to customer queries
- Research required information
- Direct orders from customers to concerned resources
- Document orders and maintain log files
- Make necessary reports
- Identify and resolve customer complaints
- Inform supervisors in case of an issue
- Make necessary follow up calls to customers
- Any other relevant tasks assigned
Job Requirements:
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Ability to talk clearly and confidently
- Having patience and strong active listening skills
- Computer savvy
- In-depth knowledge of using Google maps
- Good knowledge of using browsers and web-surfing
- Skilled at researching
- Great time management skills
- Prior experience with customer services (will be given preference)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Adept at identifying and solving customer complaints
