Job Description

TransData International is hiring people for it's Customer Service Department.

  • Basic to Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Ability to work in night shifts and working overtimes (if required)
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, Live Chat, or social media
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Cancel or upgrade accounts.

Your job is to answer incoming calls, give excellent replies on tickets and handle live chats. Candidates with little experience of Call Centers will be given priority but
