Work on shift basis to cover 24/7 shifts
Fluent in English
Open trouble tickets when problems occur and follow up with concerned teams
Dispatch field engineers to troubled sites
Escalate problems to 2nd line support teams when problems are complicated
Generating daily and weekly reports

Experience or sound knowledge in networking
Good Trouble shooting skills for desktop & laptop support
Strong knowledge with routers & access points
Fluent in English
