BCS/MCS degree from a recognized and well reputed institution.Should have 3 - 4 years experience in .Net technologies.Solid experience of developing web based applications using .Net technologies.Strong Object Oriented concepts and familiarity with OO Design, best design patterns & practices.Hands on experience in all phases of SDLC.Proven skills in Web Services, JavaScript, XML and XHTML.Good oral & written communication abilities with outstanding organizational, team and time management skills.Be willing to travel overseas for medium term assignments extensively. Working knowledge of J2SE, J2EE & J2ME related technologies & frameworks considered a huge plus.
Job Specification
Demonstrated skills and expert programming knowledge using Microsoft .NET technologies to develop secure database and web based applications.
- Demonstrated skill and ability to write programs in the following languages VB.NET/C#, and SQL. Experience mentoring other developers by providing knowledge exchange and leading code reviews.
- Demonstrated skill and ability in the development of database application systems specifically related to fund raising/customer relationship management.
- Demonstrated skill and ability in the development of secure applications, experience designing and implementing a secure architecture using robust authentication, access control, encryption, and other technologies as appropriate to ensure the integrity and security of sensitive information.
- Demonstrated skill and ability in interfacing pro-grammatically with a variety of enterprise authentication and authorization systems.
