Job Description:
- Strong design knowledge of proper software architecture.
- Experience in Dialogics, CTI, and PBX
- Experience with Avaya, Genesys, or any other contact center solution.
- Experience in SIP/Simple and IP and networking protocols and architectures.
- Experience with SIP stacks
- Must have coded on, or designed SIP phones, or Dialogic based services.
- Very strong background of C, C++, database design, and object-oriented design.
- Windows and Linux platform experience.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to all levels of the organization including Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing.
- Ability to learn and apply new technologies.
- Ability to work with and influence managers and technical groups to institute technology roadmap.
- Individual must be extremely energetic and influence with a high level of conviction.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding problem solving skills.
- Ability to support and track multiple simultaneous projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience with full life cycle systems development methodologies.
REQUIRED EDUCATION - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is required.
