Job Description
To make maximum efforts to promote the sales in best possible way, in the given area of operations, as an effective and cooperative member of the branch sales team.
2. To identify the potential customers, establish contact with them and get necessary information to evaluate them as per standards set by the company.
3. To plan and organize customers visits in advance and to make out written reports of the sales visits on daily basis for the superiors to check and comment if necessary.
4. To make best possible efforts to get as much local business and in this exercise to be capable of negotiating credit terms as per the company policy at an acceptable profit margin.
5. To analyze customers' problems and ensure that the required service standards are achieved and TAQ commitments with customers are met
6. To acquire sufficient knowledge from the shippers and other market sources to enable the organization to negotiate an effective business deals with the consignees' abroad.
7. To be responsible to ensure full compliance with the TAQ security procedures
8. To maintain close liaison with the operational staff so that updated and timely information is conveyed to shippers.
