Job Description
- Receives client briefings. Fills out necessary job orders and proposal status sheets.
- Quickly and accurately relays his/her client change orders.
- Effectively presents, sells and defends all agency work/proposals to clients.
- Keeps updated on clients' brands/products/services/marketing developments.
- Assists in preparing client invoices, proposals, marketing and media planning.
- Regularly checks for and responds promptly to all client communications, including calls, faxes and e-mails.
- Coordinates client approval of creative/production materials, copy, and layouts with the agency.
- Ensures prompt collection of accounts receivable.
- Coordinates project timing and budgets with all relevant agency personnel.
- Actively seeks additional projects/new business from client contacts.
- Fills out client contact sheet after every meeting.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Job Specification
- Read, Speak and write fluently in Urdu and English.
- Fluent in basic computer applications.
- Must own vehicle.
