Job Description
Civil Engineer responsible for project management and design including: site layouts; horizontal and vertical control; construction plans and specifications; quantity calculations, record drawings; and, proposals and contract documents. Supervises work group professional and technical staff and coordinates with other work groups.

Requires P.E. license
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Construction Manager/Site Engineer/Chief of Party for engineering projects requiring construction planning for building, demolition, maintenance, space utilization and facilities development. Projects will be executed for Govornoment of Pakistan or other international related organization.
Demonstrated experience with engineering design and construction supervision services ranging from quick response to short and long term services for infrastructure areas (i.e., water resources civil/structural engineering).
Must have good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet deadlines, coordinate schedules, manage multiple tasks, work with teams
Must have working knowledge of CADD software
Must have work experience in Pakistan
