MBA (IT)/BCS/MCS with 2 years experience.
Knowledge to write software documentation, such as guides, references, technical overviews, and more, for internal and external customers.
Experience working with tools to improve the process of generating documentation.
Knowledge/certification of ISO-9001:2000 & CMMI will be an advantage in evaluation.
