Parallax Technologies is looking for Technical Support Engineers for a Software as a service (SaaS) based Technology company based in United States.

Responsibilities;

To check and respond to all the inbound queries/tickets

Guide customers about the product

Collect customer support requests and bugs and solving the queries

Timeline;
The timeline for job is 5 days a week, 8 hours a day

We have working shift of 24/7 so you can be placed in any shift based upon the work load by your manager

Ideal candidate should have;

• Good communication skills
• Excellent in spoken and written english
• Good problem solving skills
• Computer literate (knowledge of Windows, Microsoft office suite etc.)
