Responsibilities;
To check and respond to all the inbound queries/tickets
Guide customers about the product
Collect customer support requests and bugs and solving the queries
Timeline;
The timeline for job is 5 days a week, 8 hours a day
We have working shift of 24/7 so you can be placed in any shift based upon the work load by your manager
