We are an HR Firm, Looking for an Assistant Vice President Sales for one of Our Clients The Ideal candidate would be required to

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Corporate /Retail selling
- To ensure sales through Sales Team/s
- Leads a team of sales people and generate revenue
- Meet sales & revenue targets for the business
- Trains and mentors Sales Team members

The Candidate will be offered following benefits other than salary;
- Sales Commission As per EASU model
- Commission on Net sales @ 1% Team Target
- Gratuity Eligibility after 2 years of service

Exposure to Financial Sector (Life Insurance /General Insurance/ Banks / Mutual Funds is a must.
