Position Description: We are currently looking a Flex Developer/Designer to partner with both the design and development team members to deliver engaging, user-friendly, high fidelity ActionScript 3 solutions for the web site. It is highly preferred that you have experience developing applications with the ActionScript Model-View-Controller framework, Pure MVC. In addition to design and development, you will be providing quality assurance support and performing interface testing as well. Key Responsibilities: - ActionScript 3 coding using Flex Builder 3 - Code design for new Flex-based products and updates to existing products - Styling and layout of Flex applications - Maintain coding standards to achieve efficiency in maintenance and portability - Provide support and technical guidance - Capable of understanding business objectives and able to translate business goals into technical design

- Minimum BS in Computer Science - Well proven experience in developing applications with Flex Builder and ActionScript 3.0 - Object Oriented skills in .Net environment - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem solving skills - Full Life Cycle Development experience - Knowledge of Flex Builder 2/3 - Strong understanding of XML. - Knowledge of UML. - HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills experience are highly desirable. - Knowledge of the Flash 8 and Flash CS3 (9) IDE. - Knowledge of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design. - Experience integrating Flex content with PHP. - Experience with SOAP and rest services.
