- Create and executes project work plans/ milestones to teams
- Design management( including resource allocation, assignment of tasks, monitoring designers performances, assignment of tasks, monitoring designers performances, reporting from design lead, resolving problems)
- Gathering status of all projects
- Project management of almost all projects running in Karachi office and some projects of Lahore.

- Client communication management
- Payment management
- Coordination of some projects i.e. ROH / GOIL/ ROR/ etc
- Direct Client Contracts
- Task Scheduling of each coordinators / team
- Bonus sheet maintaining (Accounts / HR)
- Over the weekend / outsourced work monitoring
- Supervising client relationship management
- To report regular program to COO/CEO
- To manage information security of company's projects
- To manage projects from design to development to implementation, working with clients, outsourcing partners etc
- To take care of budgeting, timelines, risks and cost incur during project up to same extent
