 The Web Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining all websites for the different divisions.
 Designing, implementing, and maintaining all web assets using including HTML/DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, classic ASP , PHP, VBScript, ASP.NET, VB.net, AJAX, Web Services, SQL, Visual Studio, XML and similar internet technologies
 Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts
 Develop dynamic websites focusing on transactional, consumer focused , merchant portals, workflows and other trading oriented functionality
 Develop e-commerce sites and redesign sites as needed
 Develop functional prototypes to demonstrate concepts.
 Provide ideas and direction on various web development projects
 Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

 Extensive experience of website development, using the following web technologies like HTML/DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, classic ASP and VBScript, ASP.NET, VB.net, AJAX, Web Services, SQL, Visual Studio, XML and similar internet technologies etc.
 Experience with in database design, administration and usage of MS SQL Server, MySQL as part of web development
 Strong experience developing business rules and integrating web transactions with order processing systems
 Ability to take Photoshop mockups and create high performance web pages that meet the design and technical specifications following accepted best practices for minimizing client and network footprint.
 Familiar with optimization techniques (both in file weight and perceived/actual rendering speed), cross-browser/platform issues, and tradeoffs between speed, design, flexibility, and the underlying page (i.e. JSP/PHP/CMS) architecture
 Basic experience with Search Engine Marketing, Comparison Shopping Engines, and Email marketing
 Basic server administration experience across Windows, Unix
 Basic experience with remote website deployment, configuration, management and administration
 Good work ethics such as timeliness, a positive attitude and abiding by the companies Policy & Procedure manual are important.
 Good communication and analysis skills are also required.
