 Lead the design concept development, design ideas and detailed specification of visual designs for stories based on existing styles, innovations ideas and prototypes.
 Adapt to different illustration styles and have a good eye for detail. You can copy and captures different illustration and artist style and can reproduce images and illustrations.
 Explore new techniques, styles, illustration methods and technologies to be recommended and implement innovative solutions.
 Good listener, ability to listen keenly and adapt ideas, coming up with multiple concepts and clearly articulating the trade offs of each concept and getting buy-in from all participants.
 Provide work direction, mentor, and train less-experienced writers and supported groups.
 Initiate, coordinate, and lead cross-functional illustrate projects; negotiate project priorities, deliverables, and timelines to meet the needs of compliance and supported functional areas.

- At least 2 year degree preferably in creative or fine arts.
- You must first and far most you are an creative artist and you have vivid imagination
- You must be versed in traditional illustration skills, perspective, life drawing, design specifications, , design prototypes, storyboards, scenarios, color theory and basic layout design
- 1+ year experience of traditional illustration skills, story characters perspective, life drawing, design specifications, , design prototypes, storyboards, scenarios, color theory and basic layout design
- Reliable, dependable & someone who go off the way to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of illustration tools like adobe Photoshop, adobe illustrators, flash, 3D & character animation is a plus.
