Job Description
To ensure proper implementation of company's Material Management System (MMS) and suggest improvements in the system
To make arrangements for loading, unloading, inspection, stacking, issuance and transfer of materials at central store and to all projects
To ensure disposal of scrap and surplus material at central store and sites according to the material disposal procedure
To arrange physical inventory of the materials at central store and projects on a quarterly basis.
To ensure calibration and inspection of all specialized equipment
To ensure timely audits at site to check compliance with the company's policy.
To closely liaise with the maintenance department for the maintenance of all equipment and tools as per maintenance schedule
To review the achievement of Quality Objective of department.
To take initiatives for improvement of stress operations.
