Job Description

Establish job descriptions.
Monitor the employee performance with heads departments.
Establish objectives positions contract.
Establish the annual appraisals sheets.
Determine the annual salaries increase according to the current year remuneration.
Determine the employee presence according to his job description.
Manage the employee's movement, mass remuneration, promotions.
Prepare budget .
Present the training plan for our clients.
Supervising the Training Unit for our clients.
Control the monthly evolution of the training plan for our clients.
Create an annual summary and determine the outcome of the training plan.
Establish internal and external announcement on the vacancies.
Filter resumes received according to the criteria required.
Test the skills of candidates and their knowledge through interview.
Arrange the Interview panels for our clients recruitment
Integrate the new recruit through personal presentation.
Explain to the new recruit the structure of the company (Clients.
Create employee's files (Administrative, Payroll, Absence, Various).
Coordinate between local authorities and the employees on the country legislation.
Calculate leave taken and make a monthly summary.
Manage administrative files
Negotiate medical insurance and work injury contracts.
Manage addition and deletions with the insurance according to the movement of employees.
Establish work contracts.
Establish work certificates
Determine the compensation and benefits according to the yearly budget.
Manage payroll
Leave Record Management.
