Job Description
- Must have good knowledge of performance profiling and improvement methods (code based).
- Should have good working experience of Software Engineering & documentation work.
- Must have experience of Oracle Database Administration, e.g. -Install, upgrade and configure Oracle - Gather.
- Query requirements and research database structures to design and develop business intelligence solutions -Allocate storage structures, and create and modify database objects.
- Develop scripts, stored procedures, triggers and database software packages.
- Implement database backup and validate recovery plans.
- Perform all phases of data migration and generate related scripts.
- Design database security roles; enroll users and audit database security -Tune systems and applications.
- Provide capacity planning -Monitor database events, troubleshoot faults and resolve problems.
- Coordinate with system administration and application development teams in matters such as sizing and application design.
Job Specification
- BCS/MCS with 2-4 years of experience in Oracle based high transaction environments (compulsory).
- Must have hands on experience of PL/SQL and T/SQL.
- Should have practical experience of Data Modeling.
- Good problem solving, leadership, team management and communication skills are required.
