Job Description
The person in this position must have knowledge of development of educational modules. The individual will be required to develop a comprehensive implementation plan for INSPYRE's academic program (IT, Digital Media, Call Centre, Fashion and Textile, Retail Store Management, Youth Empowerment) and operational framework.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop a comprehensive implementation plan for INSPYRE's academic program (IT, Digital Media, Call Centre, Fashion and Textile, Retail Store Management, Youth Empowerment).
- Conduct research and coordinate with a variety of institutes, people and advice in the designing of course modules, databases, policies and resource materials.
- Identifying resource persons and organize an efficient team for the implementation of courses.
- Assist in designing creative strategies for the marketing of INSPYRE in collaboration with the marketing and image building team and ensuring its implementation.
- Develop mechanisms for course evaluation, revision and quality assurance of the classes.
- Develop entrance criteria and assessment framework for student selection and evaluation.
- Conduct training and faculty development sessions on a regular basis.
- Design, Develop and undertake teaching assignments to train youth in a variety of skill sets.
- Design and implement yearly academic calendar
Job Specification
- Advance knowledge of office related software (Microsoft Office, Internet and E-mail)
- Proficiency in English language; good writing and speaking ability (including report writing and oral presentations)
