Job Description
- Supervises staff and operations of productionunit.
- Maintains production schedules and using safe practices for operations.
- Plans and assign work, trains employees, has authority for keeping discipline and performance decisions.
- Responsible for maintaining product quality standards as laid down by technical department.
- Troubleshoots production problems and takes preventive or corrective actions.
- Study daily operations of his unit and suggest improvement in liason with respective technical department.
- Making monthly reports depicting productivity of the unit for the management and take actions in consultation for improvement.
Job Specification
B.Sc. Chemistry / B.Sc. Chemical Engineer
Must have 3 to 5 years experience in the Chemical process.
Must have good & flexible attitude.
