We are looking for professional recruitment agents for our UK-based Cab Campaigns.
The job position is to assist drivers and passenger assistants in getting registered and trained to work in our school transport contracts.
As an Recruitment Admin you will be responsible for:
· Support the Transport Managers in delivering our transport services as required
· Assist and recruit new Drivers and Passenger Assistants with our thorough recruitment procedures
· Interacting and handling driver queries
· Communicate with drivers in a patient, informative, non-patronising manner
· Always act and perform duties in a professional and caring manner
· Ensuring all profiles and personal documents were updated, maintained and organised efficiently
· Updating spreadsheets
Skills: Excellent English communication skills required. The candidate must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
Salary 35000 TO 42000 PLUS BONUS
High level of English communication - This is a necessity. You will be speaking to customers who have a British accent and will need to communicate with them.
Call centre/customer service experience is preffered.
