We are looking for a Call Center/Customer Service Representative who can speak English fluently.

Knowledge of Software house would be a plus point.

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and a clear English accent

Strong Interpersonal and rapport building skills

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Able to be on time for meetings/training/orientation
