Job Description

Providing technical support to blackberry customers as per defined KPI's.
On-site Installation and trouble shooting of Blackberry solutions.
Giving support on phone , email and follow-up on unresolved issues for their resolution..
Trouble shooting of Blackberry device software related issue and installation/up gradation of BB device software.
Deployments and trouble shooting of Blackberry enterprise server and applications.
Flexibility to work in off-hours, holidays, will be observed depending upon assigned task requirements.

Job Specification

BS(IT)/BCS , MCS will be preferred.

Understanding of e-mail systems e.g. Domino/Ms Exchange and LAN/WAN networks .
MCP/MCSE with hands-on experience of emails servers with their supported Mobile devices are encouraged to apply.
Should be able work as team and flexible to work in day a night shifts.
Candidates with effective communication skills will be preferred.
