The Job - This is not your typical secretarial role, it has everything from PA to Administration - variety is definitely its biggest asset! Supporting the CEO, you will be involved in everything from, developing/writing comprehensive correspondence both by email and on paper, secretarial/administration duties include involvement in organizing meetings with customers, document management, liaising with management, preparation of invoices, minutes (basic), organizing and instructing office boys, coordination of travel and all other administrative duties.
